Google Business Profile reinstatement for local businesses

Your listing is down. Let's get it back, and keep it up.

When Google suspends your Business Profile, the phone stops. Roofers, plumbers and HVAC crews feel it first, but it happens to dealerships, dental offices, salons, movers, law firms and restaurants every day. We diagnose why, fix the profile, build the evidence packet and file the one appeal you get. You pay only if the listing comes back.

1 appealGoogle allows one appeal per decision. It has to be right the first time.
5 business daysGoogle's quoted review time once an appeal is filed. Some take longer.
$0 up frontReinstatement is billed only after the appeals tool shows Approved.

How it works

Most suspensions trace back to the profile itself: a keyword in the name, a mailbox or coworking address, stacked categories, a duplicate, or an old agency still on the account. Appeals that skip the fix get denied.

Day 1

Diagnose

You fill in the intake below. We classify the suspension (profile, account-level, or verification) and send you a checklist of what to fix and which documents to pull.

Days 1–3

Fix and document

You add us as a Manager on the profile. We correct name, address, categories and service areas, remove stray users and duplicates, and assemble the packet: registration, license, utility bill, signage, storefront or vehicle photos, whatever fits your kind of business.

Day 3

File the appeal

You approve the packet. We submit the appeal with the evidence attached, track the status daily, and coach you through video verification if Google asks for it.

What we can and can't promise

Google decides reinstatements, not us. Here is the honest version.

We will

  • Work only as a Manager on your profile, never as owner
  • Fix the profile before filing, so the one appeal counts
  • Show you every document and the appeal text before anything is submitted
  • Hand access back within seven days when you ask

We won't

  • Guarantee reinstatement or a timeline. Nobody can; Google's own policy forbids the claim
  • Create a second profile to get around a suspension
  • Alter or fabricate a document. Reviewers check against public records
  • Appeal without your written sign-off on the packet

Questions contractors ask

Do you only work with contractors?
No. We started with roofers and trades because they lose the most per missed call, but the process is the same for a dental office, a dealership or a salon. The evidence changes (a dealer license instead of a truck photo); the appeal does not.
Can't I just appeal it myself?
Yes, and if the cause is obvious you should. The risk is that you only get one appeal per decision. If it's denied, the next route is slower and less certain. We make sure the profile is clean and the evidence is complete before that one shot is used.
Why did this happen? We didn't do anything.
Often a change you didn't notice: a marketing vendor edited the name, a second profile was created, or Google re-checked the address. Sometimes it's a sweep of a whole category. The intake tells us which.
Should I make a new profile in the meantime?
No. A second profile for the same business is a guideline violation on its own, and it usually gets both profiles suspended.
What is video verification?
Google may ask the owner to record a short video showing the location, signage, tools of the trade and proof you work there. We'll tell you exactly what to show before you record it.
How does the protection plan know my listing is down?
Google's own status for the profile is checked every six hours through our Manager access, and Google's suspension emails to that account are caught too. You hear from us before customers tell you.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You add our account as a Manager from inside your profile and can remove it any time.
